Anyway, I wondered if any dating sites do the same. I found one, BlackPeopleMeet. A one month membership is $14.95 and the processing fee is $3.95; quite a clever way of making more money while reaping the benefits of advertising a cheaper membership rate.
Does anyone know of other online businesses, dating or otherwise that charge a “processing fee”?
